Specification
Tabletops
High pressure plastic laminate sheets bonded to 45 lb. density particle board with balanced backing sheets. Approximately 13/16" thick. Wide variety of colors and patterns available.
Top Supports
Two full-length channel aprons with safety end dress-off fittings. The 1-3/4" deep, 16-gauge cold rolled steel top supports are screwed to the underside of the table tops.
End Legs
Set back pedestal-type, made of 1-1/16" O.D. (.072 wall thickness) welded steel tubing. Leg top cross tubes in steel-to-steel contact with inside of channel top supports, held in place with welded brackets. Upright leg tubes are welded to 1" x 2" rectangular steel tube base.
Center Legs
Twin dual type, 1" x 1" square tubing with cushion glides to provide 4-point floor contact.
Casters
Four heavy-duty, 4" diameter, non-marking, ball-bearing, swivel type.
Locking
Folded position - Automatic locking, manual release. Unfolded position - Manual locking, manual release.
Edges
Tabletops are banded for protection with T-type, heavy, contoured, midnight-brown vinyl plastic. Optional spray - applied polyurethane edge treatment is also available (consult factory).
Metal Parts Finishes
Pedestal base and legs are nickel-chrome plated. All other metal parts are powder coated.
Lift Assistance
Built-in, simplified, non-adjusting, tamper-proof. Provides mechanical assistance for easy folding and unfolding. |
